We are looking for an entrepreneurial personality to take overall responsibility for the fire alarm technology division.

Your area of responsibility

  • Overall responsibility for projects in the field of fire alarm technology – from conception to successful handover
  • Management, development and motivation of a well-coordinated team
  • Ensuring quality, deadline and cost targets in all project phases
  • Establishment, maintenance and further development of a sustainable customer base
  • Willingness to take on the active acquisition of new customers as part of the overall responsibility – in close cooperation with and support from the management
  • Creation of documentation and system documents
  • Further development of the division, process optimization and expansion of the partner network
  • Project management for administrative and technical tasks
  • Strategic and operational responsibility for customer relationships and technical development

What you bring with you

  • Basic technical training in the field of electrical engineering, building automation or security systems
  • Several years of experience in the management of complex projects or in a management function in the security environment
  • Experience or clear motivation in customer development and acquisition
  • Strong leadership and communication skills with a high level of customer orientation
  • Entrepreneurial thinking, decisiveness and creative drive
  • Certificate “Specialist for fire alarm systems VKF” or willingness to undergo corresponding further training
  • Category B driving license
