Following our consultation, the customer ordered a badge locking system with a digital management tool on which the authorizations for both the main front door and the supplier entrance could be assigned and changed on the badges.
The main argument was security: the pharmacy owner wanted to be able to deactivate or activate badges within seconds.
Renting instead of buying
Our suggestion not to buy the system, but to opt for the “rent instead of buy” offer, met with an open ear.
The customer was convinced by the calculability of the fixed rental costs and the maintenance and servicing costs associated with the offer, which he no longer has to worry about.
