In our anniversary mini-interview series, Emine gives us a personal insight. She tells us how she experiences the corporate culture, which project she particularly remembers and what she thinks makes for good teamwork.
If you had to describe the corporate culture in three words – what would they be?
For me, our corporate culture is above all reliable, quality-oriented and innovative. We stand for solutions you can rely on, attach great importance to clean and precise work and at the same time are open to new ideas and developments.
Which project or moment are you particularly proud of?
I am particularly proud of the implementation of the new locking system at Junge Kultur Basel. The project was challenging and multifaceted – so it’s all the better to see how everything works smoothly and meets the customer’s requirements.
What do you consider to be good teamwork?
For me, good cooperation means supporting each other and lending a helping hand. Everyone contributes their strengths and together we find solutions – even when things get challenging.
