On Friday afternoon, we received a fault report from an international customer that required immediate action.
Thanks to our dedicated team and our ability to react quickly, our first response team was able to land in New Delhi on Sunday evening. 
The fault was rectified immediately and we are proud that our team mastered this challenge efficiently and professionally.
On Tuesday, various tests will be carried out on site and the local staff will receive further in-depth training to ensure that future faults can be resolved quickly and effectively.
